These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 9jabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 9jabet platform, accessible at https://9jabet.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.

9jabet operates an online sports betting and live casino service targeting users in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where such services are legally accessible. By accessing or using 9jabet's platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming promotional offers — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Your continued use following any published amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 9jabet platform, associated with a unique username and personal credentials.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's 9jabet account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Eligible User" means a person who meets all account eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

• "Prohibited Activity" means any act listed under Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the platform.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the User that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Access to and use of 9jabet's services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and place any wager on9jabet. This age requirement applies universally, regardless of local jurisdiction or the minimum legal gambling age in your territory. We enforce a strict21+ policy as our standard.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, those declared legally incompetent, or persons acting in violation of applicable law are not eligible.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active account on 9jabet. Registering multiple accounts, or attempting to do so, is a Prohibited Activity and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a Self-Excluded User: Persons who have previously activated self-exclusion tool on 9jabet or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

To access 9jabet's paid services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Any unfulfilled bonus or associated winings will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of the validity period.
• Real money funds in your account are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the platform specifically directs otherwise.
• 9jabet reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or circumstances that make the promotion economically unviable.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 9jabet platform. Specific game rules, minimum and maximum stake limits, and payout structures are published within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9jabet platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the platform by any minor;

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software not authorised by 9jabet to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform to facilitate transactions related to illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9jabet staff or other platform users;
• Conducting arbitrage betting strategies in violation of 9jabet's stake-limitation policies where such limitations have been published.

Nothing in these Terms limits9jabet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

9jabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 9jabet will provide reasonable notice via email to the address on file or via a notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Minor clarifications and non-material changes may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to 9jabet's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, where necessary, binding arbitration.
